We are very proud to say we have been awarded Visit Britain’s Industry Standard ‘Good To Go’ logo! The logo signals that our organization has worked hard to follow industry COVID guidelines, maintain cleanliness and enforce social distancing. And they’re right – we have!

In part of our commitment to keeping our customers feel secure, our wonderful light exhibition ‘Everything Is Light’ (created by the light artist Jack Wimperis) is entirely COVID-friendly. To make this happen we have placed plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout the building, temperature checks on arrival, as well as conducting rigorous and regular cleans throughout the day. In addition, we ask all of our visitors to remain masked during their visit. The maze-like layout of the event means we can allocate 15 minute slots to our visitors to ensure we have a safe capacity at all times.
