This fantastic family-run distillery in Thornbury has over thirty years experience creating their highly acclaimed gins and liqueurs, which are all crafted by hand using traditional skills and only the finest natural ingredients. They will guide us through their delicious range of artisan gins, giving insight into their distilling process and how each gin is produced, their family story and the wider world of gin along in a deliciously hands-on way as you taste through a selection of perfectly paired 6 O'clock gin and tonics.

With a stellar line-up of some of the South West's finest jazz musicians, the quartet will perform a toe-tapping collection of Jazz standards old and new sprinkled with a vocal-led Latin flavour. Expect soulful vocals, smooth grooves and swinging standards to get you swaying and moving whilst you sip away on a delicious glass of 6 O'clock gin.

Tristan is an in-demand performer who has built a solid reputation for his powerful versatile baritone voice and earnest deliveries of standards old and new. He has toured nationally with big bands to major main house theatres and music venues playing to capacity audiences. He plays regularly across the South West with his jazz and blues quartets, has been a regular vocalist for The Kroon Kat Lounge at Komedia in Brighton & Bath, and is a key member of long-established local legends The 20th Century Foxes.
