STROUD BEER FESTIVAL 2023

Stroud Beer Festival 2023 has been and gone - and what an event it was....

Despite our rather gloomy British Summer, we still squeezed every bit of joy out of the occasion.

Our Annual Subs Fundraiser aka Stroud Beer Festival was a very joyous moment despite challenging weather conditions.

 Not only did we serve over 20 real ales sponsored by our local business friends but we presented a cracking line-up of great free performances from the best of the Stroud scene, from emerging superstars T.E.D and their infections blues tones, the extraordinary talent that is the Dave Ayre Quartet, perennial party people Thrill Collins and an incredible closing show with the fabulous Finnish quintet that is US – basically the Rolling Stones on speed - we're incredibly thankful to all the artists for donating their time to our fundraiser. The Subs Ballroom gave them a standing ovation and hollered for an encore – proper amazing. The whole exercise was totally lovely and raised just over £10k to help keep this show on the road.
