Simon Opher MP: is the Stroud constituency Labour member of parliament. Since being elected in July 2024 he has highlighted the Government’s flagship manifesto promise to launch Great British Energy, and his leadership of a cross party group in Stroud with the ambition to create locally-owned, green community energy projects throughout the district.
