Our lovely Jo; team member of the Central Bar & Kitchen, usually supports our head chef Lynsey. This time she’s flying solo to bring you the flavours of her Italian family heritage to this evening along with her passion for plant based Italian recipes. She will be supported by her Italian mother Annunziata and her daughter Francesca. Three generations of women who share a passion for great Italian homecooked food.
