Something a little different here and we think this could be the next big thing.  These wines are made from apples, pears and other fruits sourced from orchards, not vineyards.  Gluten free, vegan friendly and with around half the alcohol content of wine, yet they are still full of flavour.  From Champagne method fizz made in Sussex, to the outstanding Eden Heirloom: blended from apples on the Canadian border, naturally frozen and pressed to create the most amazing and possibly most expensive apple wine in the country!  This promises to be an eye opening tasting of some wonderful lower alcohol wines from across the world and right here in Gloucestershire.
