Taught by Rowen Kimpton these sessions will include conditioning, core strength, flexibility, and hand balancing. Rowen will personalise your handstand development through tailored drills and feedback to get you to your perfect handstand.

This is an Open Level class, and suitable for Beginners to Advanced students.

Rowen is a multidisciplinary performer and teacher, and BA graduate of Circomedia where he specialised in handbalancing. He's worked with companies across the UK such as Lavrak, Glorious Productions, and is co-founder and director of Grounded Circus.
