Standish Consort welcomes you to an evening of reflective and uplifting music from the 17th and 18th centuries, in the glorious surroundings of Holy Trinity Church, Minchinhampton. The programme features a range of choral works from both England and continental Europe, culminating in a pair of glorious anthems by Henry Purcell. Come and experience an evening of music and refreshment in the heart of the Cotswold countryside.

Standish Consort were formed in 2022 as part of the Oxford University Society Alumni network in Gloucestershire, and consist of Oxbridge alumni and other local musicians with a shared interest in less well known choral works. They are directed by its founder, Mark Wilson. We are accompanied by George Charman, current Organ Scholar of Pembroke College, Oxford University and previously of Tewkesbury Abbey.

Ample parking is available nearby and please be considerate to residents.

There will be a retiring collection.
