If you could travel through time, where would you go and who would you save?
Suhana can’t wait for the school holidays. She’s been invited to join Mia and Ayaan on a trip to Edinburgh! But it soon becomes a trip to 1799 India when the friends go spinning back in time. Finding themselves in the middle of tigers and traitors, the time-travellers discover that the Sultan is about to be betrayed and their mission is to rescue the princess.
Get set for this fast-paced event in which author Sufiya Ahmed will present “Time Travellers”, her thrilling new adventure series about visiting amazing places across the world and meeting historical legends.
We are delighted to invite you to Stroud Sub Rooms for our 2024 Schools’ Days. As usual, we are offering a choice of attending in-person or live online; there will be a warm welcome whichever you choose!
Tickets: £5 per child per event

Digital only pass: £35 per class per event
While we’re very happy to invite students to join us for live events in The Sub Rooms, we also understand that many schools are not able to join us in person. So we are once again pleased to offer you the opportunity to join us virtually for our live stream instead.
To purchase digital passes, please email shannon@stroudbookfestival.org.uk, telling us which events you would like to stream, and we will forward payment information, a book list and then streaming links closer to the festival.
You can book secure in the knowledge that if you need to cancel live tickets for any reason, we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your tickets to digital access.
