Todd Rundgren

Todd Rundgren will perform three rare UK dates in October 2025 on his ‘Me / We’ tour. With only two UK concerts in the previous seven years, fans should not miss their chance to connect with this mercurial performer, writer, producer, cutting-edge technological innovator, and pioneer [with a whole host of ‘firsts’ in the worlds of broadcast, graphics, video, VR, online music, and interactivity].

Founding and fronting The NazzTodd Rundgren left to forge a solo career. Whilst ‘Runt’ came first in 1970, and cast a famously long shadow, it was 1972’s seminal ‘Something/Anything?, on which he played all the instruments, sang all the vocal parts, and produced, that catapulted him into the superstar limelight. It was followed by such landmark LPs as ‘The Hermit of Mink Hollow’ and ‘A Wizard, A True Star’, as well as such hit singles as ‘I Saw The Light’, ‘Hello It’s Me’, ‘Can We Still Be Friends’, and ‘Bang The Drum’. In 1974, he formed Todd Rundgren’s Utopia (renamed and reconfigured in 1976 as Utopia), an entirely new approach to the concept of interactive musicianship, and embarked on an extensive round of touring and recording.

Todd Rundgren’s myriad production projects include albums by Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Psychedelic Furs, Meat Loaf, XTC, Grand Funk Railroad, and Hall And Oates. Since 1989, he has on occasion toured as part of the Ringo Starr All-Starr Band, and he has composed music for Film, TV and Broadway.
